At Upscale Assessment, our team is dedicated to providing the best web-based software to our educators and students. We have a group of highly skilled dental educators, software architects and IT professionals who work tirelessly to ensure that our software meets the highest standards of quality and reliability. Our team is passionate about helping dental hygiene students succeed, and we are committed to providing individualized assessment to help students achieve their goals.
Sara has been a dental hygienist for over 20 years. She graduated with her associate in applied science in Dental Hygiene, earned her Dental Hygiene B.A.S. and completed her master’s degree in Allied Health with an emphasis in administration and education.
Sara has been a dental hygiene faculty member for over 15 years in the Wisconsin Technical System. She started as adjunct faculty, was promoted to full-time faculty, clinical coordinator and facilitator and now is a program coordinator.
Jeff is a seasoned software developer with over two decades of experience in the industry. His career began with a significant tenure at Cardinal Stritch University, where he served as the Assistant Director of Enterprise Systems for ten years. During this time, he also shared his expertise by teaching software development courses. Following his work at the university, Jeff transitioned into Higher Education enterprise systems consulting and custom software development. He then took on the role of Software Architect at Covetrus, where he was instrumental in designing and implementing complex cloud-based enterprise software systems for the Animal Health industry. In this role, he mentored a large team of over 100 developers, guiding them in building innovative products.
Sarah brings to our team over 15 years of software experience. She began her career in software as a technical support specialist for a veterinary software company. Sara then moved into quality assurance engineering for on-premise and cloud-based software programs. Sarah has learned a lot about dental terminology and student assessment and we are happy to have her on the team.
Darin is our dedicated Account Manager specializing in billing. He combines a keen eye for detail with a commitment to exceptional customer service. Darin works with managing institution accounts, overseeing billing processes, and ensuring accurate, timely invoicing.
Greg is a software developer and a data entry specialist. He graduated from Gateway Technical College with an associate degree in Applied Computer Science Software Development Program. His attention to detail and commitment to his duties at Upscale makes him a valuable asset and we are happy to have him on the team.
